Terms can be changed on a case-by-case basis.

Commissions are for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

I only accept minimal revisions during the sketch and rendering stage, please refer to the trello board for updates and progress, and if I asked you directly for any changes. There will be an additional charge for every drastic revision.

I require full payment upfront for all commissions. However, for commissions exceeding a certain amount, I offer the option of paying 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch has been approved. I will proceed to rendering after receiving the full payment.

Commercial pricing may vary but the base price starts at +100%.

It will take me 1-3 months (It may take less time) to finish a commission, though turnaround time depends on the complexity, my comfortability on the commission, and my work queue. If ever there are delays it will be announced via the trello board or through DMs / preferred communication method.

The commissioner may use the commission for personal use and post on any social media as long as proper credit (tag, mention, or linked back to any of my socials) is given always.

I strictly do not allow refunds once payment has been made

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the artwork for AI training or NFT minting without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. I retain all rights to the artwork for non-commercial commissions, including distribution, reproduction, and self-promotion.

Any act of redistributing, selling, profiting from, copying, or claiming the artwork as one's own or another person's is strictly prohibited. Copyright to the artwork remains with Raekomi; it is not transferred to the client.

Any breach of these terms may result in legal action.
